hey
yep yep i do love Chicken
well there r many ways to serve them
here r some...chicken fillet or panee
well first
use onions, tomato ,vineger, black peper, spicies
cut the onion and the tomato add the vineger and all the spicies u can get ur hand on it
not too much
i mean u know its all good
and for sure add salt
then add some water
and leave the chicken into it
for an hour or so
then it comes the way to serve it
here r different ways
first one
grilled with ketchup
if u do not have ketchup u can make it
(tomato past, vineger, sugar, salt, black peper, and some garlic if u want)
just take the chicken from the spicies and spread the ketchup
not to much
just enough amount of the ketchup
and grill it on the grill or put it in one of those pans
(like those u bake circular regular cakes in) into the oven
till its done
second way
u can get a pan
put it on the stove
till its hot
add a lil amount of oil
then cut the chicken fillet into a smaller pieces
if they r big
and put them into the pan
add some water( that covers the chicken) with a spoon of tomato paste into it
to add color to the chicken
till the water vaporize then with a wooden spoon
move the chicken
till its done as u like it
third
after u cut the chicken into small pieces like chicken fingers or so and fry them
cut some vegtables
like, carrots, brokley,pepper,potatoes
any sort of vegtables u like and that goes with each other
add some oil into a frying pan
add the vegtables
move them into it
then add the chicken
then then add the chicken
and u can eat it with white sauced pasta
it would be nice
i have loads of recipies
i dont know if this will do u any good
but nice to share it with a chicken lover like i am :)

I made a really good chicken dish the other night.
Ingredients
boneless/ skinless chicken breasts
Italian bread crumbs
2 eggs
marinara sauce
flour
provalone cheese
take three plates: put the two cracked eggs on one, the flour on another, and the Italian bread crumbs on the last one.
dip the chicken breasts into the eggs, then into the flour, then into the Italian bread crumbs. Pan fry the chicken in butter or oil, if you'd like.
Then put the provelone cheese on top of the warm chicken to melt it and spoon marinara sauce over the top.
This also tastes great with asperagus and baby red potatoes

Chicken is so versatile, one of my favorite simple dishes is quesadillas. Cook your chicken in a large covered skillet on medium/low heat with onions and peppers. When the chicken is done, remove it from the skillet, allow it to cool and simply pull it off the bone. If you are using boneless chicken then shred it. Return the chicken to the skillet, add a jar of your favorite salsa, about at 1/4 tsp of Adodo seasoning. Cook this on medium/low heat until most of the moisture from the salsa is absorbed into the chicken. Grab some flour tortillas ( I prefer the small ones) and some Monterrey jack cheese.Place a tortilla in a clean skillet with a small amount of oil (allow the oil to heat, then turn the skillet on low) so it does not stick, place about 1/8 cup of cheese on top of the tortilla, a layer of chicken, more cheese and a 2nd tortilla. Allow the cheese to melt, and flip the quesidilla, allowing the cheese to melt on the opposite side. The small tortillas are much easier to flip, but if you don't want to chance the filling escaping if you are not a master 'flipper' then use one large flour tortilla and layer the same ingredients on one half of the tortilla and simple fold it in half, then flip it. I like mine topped with sour cream, cut green onions and more salsa....yummers!! ENJOY!

I am particular to whom I give this one out to, lol, it is the best. And funny lookin' in the oven.
its called beer butt chicken
rub a large whole chicken down with olive oil
season with plenty of sea salt and pepper. inside too.
put aluminum foil on cookie sheet
have a can of beer and drink or pour half into a glass
set the can on the cookie sheet and set the chicken on the can, the can inserted in the chickens butt. it will sit up without support. cook at 350 for an hour. you'll love it.
