if man evolved from microscopic single-celled organisms why are there still microscopic single-celled organisms? i thought i'd throw that one out for creationists to realize how stupid the monkey question is. any luck?

Well, according to some evolution is caused by a mutation in one single celled organism. That one evolved, the others didn't and that is why we still have them

Natural selection hasn't pressured these organisms into evolving into complex organisms. Just because you don't understand evolution it doesn't mean it's stupid; it means you're stupid.

if god knows everything and he knew that eve was going to eat the forbidden fruit, why did he put it there? does he like to play games?
if this god is all powerful, why does he allow the devil to make people do evil things? isnt he powerful enough to stop him from doing these things?
why is there suffering, disease, famine, pain and illness? why does he sit back while people are murdered, raped or tortured? why does he allow his most devout followers to molest little boys?
maybe your god has no real power because he's imaginary. we werent made in his image, we made him in our image.

certain types of bacteria evolved, some evolved but not enough to become bigger organisms.
