AK,
It is possible that (given the new weight you've referenced), that you do, indeed, have anorexia nervosa. Have you started your menstrual cycle yet? If so, when was your last period?
The bottom line is that you need to go ahead and tell your parents what is going on. You need to get into treatment. Regardless of which ED diagnosis (i.e., anorexia nervosa or Eating Disorder NOS) is the best descriptor of your condition.
It is important, AK. It is important to do it straight away.
Best of luck to you,
~M~
p.s. The "NOS" designation is appended to a diagnosis where the general category applies (e.g., Eating Disorder, Mood Disorder, Impulse Control Disorder, Dissociative Disorder), but your symptom complex is not accurately described by any specific diagnosis within the category.

An eating disorder NOS is an disorder that is Not Otherwise Specified, and I think you have the symptoms of an anorexic person. It's better if you go see a doctor before its too late.

In medical terminology, NOS just means "not otherwise specified". It is used following a general diagnosis, like "eating disorder" when the specific diagnosis (for instance, bulimia, or anorexia) is not known. "NOS" by itself doesn't mean anything.
Going by your description of your self and your habits, I'd say you do need help. No one should be as obsessed as you seem to be with your weight. Talk to your parents, or the school nurse, or some other responsible adult you trust. They will help you find the counselling you need to get a healthier outlook about your body.

No i think of you have bulimia and anorexia, you're able to desire to get medical look after that asap, have you ever been doing this for 7 years if so that's actual risky, honey you particularly desire to get help for this, you do not choose it to break your existence, are you able to locate a medical institution close to you that could desire to help with eating issues, you're able to desire to pass!
