What Dell Computer do you have?

And I am running Windows Vista Ultimate, and I notice that too, sometimes, not always. I have 4 gigs or RAM and most of the time it takes about 2 minute to shut down, and that's on a 2 year old PC.
Don't forget to update, it helps.

maybe your ram is too low, need more ram
