I think it means you are creative and love to make curved lines. When i have alot going on in my life and i have alot of issued unresolved i sit and doodle it helps me its a way of letting your unconscious relax

You may wish to look up something on the subject of scrying, some people think that something/beings can contact them through the pen and paper if they let their minds and hands relax (and others simply believe it is the subconcious mind thinking about some random thing that's important to the scryer) Either way, you should find something about it if you delve into the method of scrying (whether you believe it to be subconcious or another entity).

Cause mine starts with a C, and I find myself doing that, but I usually will write my whole name out a few times.

Or, maybe when you learned to write when you were little, you liked writing the letter 's' and now you still find yourself doing it. Other than that, it probably has no significance whatsoeva!
