As I was working on outlining the new features in the latest version of iScrub, I came across a setting that made me laugh - ScrubApplicationCreator. If you enable this setting, the "creator information is removed ...."
Perhaps it's just afternoon loopiness, but I had one of those epiphanies - if "god" is our creator, then shouldn't he have left behind some "metadata" that we should be able to find?
Or is he using a really bad-*** metadata scrubber?
(My apologies to those who have no idea what metadata or metadata scrubbers are. Just ignore me!)

LOL - oh ok. In brief - very brief - Word documents don't contain just text. They may contain info that you don't want others to see - hidden text, comments, tracked changes, properties, etc. It's a big deal in the legal field. To read more, go to (http://www.esqinc.com/index.php?p=support&id=8).
Metadata scrubbers remove this hidden info.

He apparently left the Bible, but it generates a bunch of logic errors, even if you can compile it. ;p
Is there a metaBible?

Actually, God has left quite a bit of metadata behind, but you have to look for it. There is sufficient metadata that there will be no excuse whatsoever as we stand before God on judgment day. Now put that in and compile it!

That's kind of funny, but I think that the metadata is contained in our faith...much as the metadata for the ultimate question of life, the universe and everything was contained in the brain of one Arthur Dent.
I think we *do* find "metadata" all around us.

Pbilosophers and theologians have argued for centuries that it is precisely through examining the metadata - although they did not use that term - that the existence of God becomes conclusive.

Actually - this is a great question!
Consider:
How did the information in DNA get there? DNA requires enzymes to unzip it, and DNA encodes for those enzymes. This is a circular problem which will not be overcome by evolution. In order for DNA to be interpreted, you need the products which it codes for.
If you came home from work today and found the words WELCOME HOME in refrigerator magnets on your fridge, would you conclude that they had arranged themselves? Why then do we conclude this with DNA which is far more complex? DNA contains specified complexity and INFORMATION. In every other field of endeavor, information is ALWAYS indicative of intelligence.
The meta data is there - we just need to be willing to interpret it as such.

Hmmm...
Once I wondered if the angels and other heavenly beings communicated to us humans through air channels that we have since usurped and use to transmit radio and television and other communications signals. When I asked my pastor this, during a special class no less, he was thrown for a loop, but he appreciated my ability to think in such offbeat ways.
I appreciate, too, your ability to think in offbeat ways. This adds an interesting dimension to our whole spiritual dealings.
