Hello, what is the best way to lose weight? Maybe get a 6 pack.. I'm 13, and weight about 150 poinds.. Whats the best way to lose it?

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

If you're 13, you're almost certainly still growing. How tall are you? For an average height (5'7" or so) 150 is probably about right. As for losing weight, DIET AND EXERCISE! Burn more calories than you consume - it's that simple. Eat lean protein, nuts, fruit, vegetables and complex carbs (whole wheat bread, pasta, rice, etc). Not the most exciting thing to hear or do (especially for a young teenager) but it's the cold hard truth. Eat more than you burn, and you'll gain weight - guarnateed.

(1) if you consume a lot of sugar, cutting that out will be a dramatic help (this includes soft drinks)
(2) increase your activity a little. go for a walk every day, join an after school sporting league, etc.
(3) IGNORE any posts you get referring you to a "lose 10 pounds today" gimick. Most don't work, the ones that do are dangerous--we weren't meant to spend years putting weight on and days taking it off; our hearts aren't made for that.

find something to do after school.for instance like the track team where they allow any weight or size to participate. But if you are having a really hard time, find a supportive friend who will go biking or swimming wit u
