if you have been weight training religiously and not seen much increase in muscle mass you are not consuming enough calories or enough of the right foods. supplements will be of no benefit if there are caloric or nutrient deficiencies

anabolic protein? seriously today i just did 195 bench. back in december i started doing 95 because thats all i could do lol and then in the beginning of march i took anabolic protein, wheys sixstartfuel protein and now i can do 195.. It helps, im 16 and im 5'11 and weight 151 pounds so thats saying something, and i actually did 195 today just like 2 hours ago. But the one thing is that im not "buff" so getting mass will take some time.

Add whey protein to your diet, and creatine pills (make sure you take them with a good deal of water). Also make sure that in general your body is receiving an adequate level of protein and complex carbohydrates.
