i am a real nit pik person who always munches on food ..i am tryng to cut down....but which foods can eat that are low in fat and calories and fill u up ? i am tryingto loose weight quik..bu healthily any suggestions ?

sugar free gum, drink LOTS of water, chew ice, drink (really fast) diet/calorie-free drinks if you have hunger pains, try celery and other fruits and vegetables.

ive heard that if you do have to constantly munch on anything eat six small portions of foods every two, three or four hours so 3 larger meal (breakfast lunch dinner) and two snacks such as cheerios, yogurt, low fat/salt pretzels, fruits, vegetables carrots and carry them in small baggies to control the portion

Plain popcorn. It fills you up and is low in calories.

Anything with a mix of carbohydrates and a little fat should fill you up.
