What can I do to lose my belly fat. Apart from excercising cause I have absouletly no time for that. Anything else that would give me a slim tummy?

Hate to tell you, but exercise is the best way to tone up your stomach. Eat healthier foods, even if you cut out the sugars that are man-made, that would help you lose some weight, but keep eating the natural sugars that you find in fruit and veggies. It only takes me about 10mins to do 100 crunches and I've been doing them faithfully for 4 mos now and I feel awesome! It's definitely worth the extra 10 mins in the morning to be able to fit into stuff that I wore in high school!

Diet and exercise are the only ways to lose weight. You will lose weight by burning more calories than you consume. Unfortunately there is no way to spot-reduce fat, so you can't just shape your stomach. Without exercising, though, it will be much more difficult. You don't have to fit in a trip to the gym or a long bike ride - try things like going for a walk in the evening, jumping on the treadmill while watching television, walking to talk to a co-worker instead of emailing, etc. Little changes like that can add up quickly.

cut down on processed sugar by this I mean don't eat any processed sugar.. cut down on carbs. drink coffee. or other stimulants., only eat unsaturated fat, use oilve oil. Sleep less.

replace breakfast and lunch with slim fast shakes and bars.
