It appears that it is polished stainless steel. That would mean that the forgery where it was created (the raw product) had air and water emissions.

It was then trucked to the studio with a vehicle that had air emissions.

From there, the artists had to drive to and from the studio. It was tack welded together (air emissions).

Boxed for sale (cut down a tree, paint on the box [air emissions]), shipped to the end user that throws away the box or sends it to the recycle bin.

It is a beautiful piece that can be sent to a metal recycler (via car/truck) at the end of its life.
