I go to the gym somewhat regularly, but wonder what I need to do to keep in shape. I do not want to lose weight, but what is a good plan to keep me in shape or to add some muscle? I am a female who is slender

To gain muscle you need to lift weights...and to build muscle you need to eat lean protein. I would recommend doing 3 days of cardio and 3 days of weight training and adding some protein shakes into your diet. When weight training, you need to lift pretty heavy. Heavy enough to do about 6 GOOD reps and do about 5-6 sets of that. Hit your major muscles. You should start seeing results in a month or so!

Pilates, it will get you in shape and keep you in shape as well as keep your posture upright, correct and keep you balance so that later in life you will not be falling over or down.
