I mean you're serious workout professional athletes who play NBA, NFL, and Major League Baseball do they eat junk foods or do they follow the strict diet that they're nutritional advisors give them to follow and go by? Also, I've noticed when I go to a store. It seems like the junk foods are always expensive while the healthy foods is usually cheap. Is this because majority of Americans prefer the junk foods over the healthy foods and that's why they jack up the prices on all the junk foods?

Some do, some don't. When you're working out several hours a day and burning thousands of calories, you can afford some slack in the nutrition department with minimal consequences.

Its much easier to get sufficient vitamins and other micronutrients when you're shovelling in 3000-4000 calories a day than when you're skimping along on 1000.

Yes we all eat junk food, be honest! However it is in moderation and that is the problem. Some people prefer to eat junk food than to buy the items and cook or prepare them at home. Likewise healthy eating is not considered tasty? I have noticed here that the Super Markets that sell fresh meat or vegetables pre-packaged now have 'cooking instructions' on the package. Wonder Why? Because many people really do not how to cook. If we have a generation that do not know how to peel a potato, let alone prepare a steak, or perhaps make pasta dish, the only option is junk food. If the junk food spends less time on the shop shelf than say healthy food, then the shop keeper will want to make a profit, so jack up the price.

when you are lean it is very hard to gain a measurable amount of body fat unless physical activity is halted for some reason for an extended period of time. some have trainers and nutritionists but certainly not all.
