i have brown thin hair. Im a 13 year old boy so im not balding, it is just that my hair does not have much volume to it and it sticks down so it ends up looking horrible. Plus my bangs have big gaps in them naturally because i do not have tons of hair there. How can i get thicker and fuller hair or make my hair look thicker and fuller???

You need to grow your hair slightly and ask your hairdresser to cut them in a way that would add volume, he should understand if you tell him your concern. In the mean time, use Body double by sebastian. Visit http://www.sebastian-intl.com/bd_index.php and decide what best for you. The spray is good.
Small Talk by TIGI is great too. It coonditions and adds volume. Apply to wet hair and blow dry roughly using fingers in fast circular motions.

Use a thickening/body building shampoo & conditioner. Every one or two weeks use a clarifying shampoo to remove product build up. Neutrogena Anti-Residue Shampoo is the best one.
Redken makes an excellent line of hair care products for men. One of them is a hair thickening spray called Bulked Up. Since your hair is fine, avoid gel which may weigh it down. Use a tiny bit of pomade or hair wax instead.

try using some horse shampoo and conditioner for tale and mane. My sister uses it and her hair is so incredibly thick and gorgeous. Also infusium 23 is a great product for protection from dryness and breakage of hair.

use conditioner every day with a matching shampoo, and don't get your hair cut.
