The answer is none. Eat one 15 oz. can of Red Salmon each week split into 3 servings. That will cover your Omega-3 DHA/EPA needs for the week w/o the peroxides found in capsules. You only need check to see that the canned salmon comes is wild caught from Alaska. Use the salmon to replace meat servings you might otherwise have eaten. You will reap a number of health benefits from this--too many to enumerate in this space.

It really depends on the brand. The ones that you can buy in your supermarket aren't great quality. The fact that they do not need a licence to sell these says it all.
Eskimo 3 is a good brand and you can take between 1 and 3 per day depending on your health.
It would take about 10 Seven Seas tablets to meet the same standard as 1 Eskimo 3.
Most chemists and health food shops stock Eskimo 3.
The best thing to get these essentail oils into your system is to adjust your diet and eat foods which naturally contain omega 3.
Hope this helps......

If you are older than 30, I'd recommend two per day depending on the mg's. Younger than that, just one.
There are other ways to get Omega 3 in your body other than the capsules though. Google foods that contain omega 3 and try getting them into your daily meals.

Eat some salmon. Eating right is better than taking nutrients.
