I want an icing that's not too thin and I don't have a piping bag, any good ones?

INGREDIENTS

* 4 tablespoons butter
* 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
* 2 tablespoons milk
* 1 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar
* 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
* 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

DIRECTIONS

1. In a saucepan, melt butter and brown sugar over medium heat. Stir until sugar is dissolved, then add milk. Bring to a boil and remove from heat.
2. Sift together cocoa and confectioners sugar. Blend into butter mixture and add vanilla. If consistency is too stiff, add more milk.
3. Spread Quickly over cooled cake, as frosting will set up very fast.

3 cups white sugar
6 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 cup water
1 1/2 cups evaporated milk
1/4 cup butter
DIRECTIONS
In a saucepan, combine sugar and cocoa. Stir in water to make a paste. Add milk and butter. Cook over medium heat until it comes to a boil. Continue boiling for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and beat until cool enough to spread on cake.

8 tablespoons cocoa, 1 stick softened butter 1 teaspoon, vanilla and one whole box of powdered suger. If it is too stiff, thin with milk. If you want it a darker chocolate, add more cocoa, also you can add nuts to this
