I dont know how to stop this growing.I feel really bad to see that in the mirror.

Any time a skin marking changes shape, size, or color, you need to go have a doctor look at it. It may be a skin cancer, and if it is, you need to catch it early and get rid of it before it spreads.

Go to see a dermatologist as soon as possible, I don't want to scare you but some kind of skin cancers start just like that, maybe is nothing but make sure to see a profesional, don't trust your health to some Yahoo anwer guy.

Is it a black head ? squeeze it out, makes your eyes water a bit. if it looks more like a mole black spot dont squeeze it, and you need get it checked for melanoma asap, if you have already left it 2 yr.
