I'm 5'2", 140 lbs. I have been working out regularly I just need to now specifically what I should do to drop these 10 lbs in the next 3 weeks.

carb cycling is an easy way to drop 10 lbs in a month. have a low, medium and high carb day then repeat. remember that when you decrease one macronutrient group you have to increase the others. when carbs go down the intake of protein and healthy fats goes up.

high - 60% of cals from carbs
medium - 40%
low 20%

* eat no less than 1500 cals daily and exercise at a high level of intensity for 60-80 minutes 4-6x a week.

* avoid driving on the Strip when you get here I had to meet a buddy down there last night for diner, traffic was horrible

A lot of aerobics (walking to places vs. driving to them more, parking further, mall walking), ab crunches, jumping rope, more sleep, eat smaller meals throughout the day, no fast food or soda, stick to water (or flavor it yourself with lemon/lime) cut out sweet drinks from Starbucks, reduce calorie intake but not to the point of starving because after you hit the buffet in LV you'll gain it back. You may not lose 10 pounds in that time but should be really close.

Try doing Phase 1 of the South Beach diet. I lost almost 14 pounds in the first two weeks of Phase 1. It basically cuts out all carbs from your diet, then you introduce them back in slowly.
