I need to buy a speaker/microphone to comunicate from one closed office to a client through a window.?

Such as the used in movie theater or ticketing offices. can anyone tell me the name or some brand of these things??

What you are looking for is a partition intercom. I did a quick check for you but I could only find one:

Just get a wireless microphone. Like the ones used on Karaoke bars. It's fairly cheap about $20 get you a wireless and a receiver with RCA output that you can connect it to a cheap speaker with RCA input.
