Don't use eggs. Use Mayo, onions, salt and pepper. Then buy some mini croissants and serve on those. Put a toothpick through them with a small sweet pickle on the top of the bread (croissant). They will look cute that way, and will give you the pickle taste as if you put pickle relish in your tuna, but people can take it off if they do not like relish in their tuna (I'm one of those.) If you want some with a little more flavor, you can put a couple of pepperocini pepper rings on top of your tuna, before you put the top piece of bread on your sandwich.

I'd add celery and onion. Probably red onion because it would be prettier for a party. Maybe even some Jicama for crunch. I have even had tuna sandwiches where someone put chopped apples in there - was pretty good.

Love tuna, but hate crispy stuff in my sandwich. I use Miracle Whip and sometimes the whites of a hard boiled egg. On a hearty whole grain bread. You can try to add some cheese to it, maybe slices of Swiss, I've had that, it adds a nice kick.

I don't put eggs in tuna salad! I use onions, mustard, mayo & pickle relish. You could also add celery and cheddar cheese.

I like to add a little garlic powder, black pepper, finely chopped celery, a smidgen of fresh dill, a dash of lemon juice, along with the mayo and eggs.

Capers make a good addition to tuna salad. And it kind of dresses it up.
