so i'm a complete gentleman. i always open doors for the ladies and i treat girls like princesses...i know how to treat a lady but at the same time i'm single, and i like to think i'm kinda attractive, i've been told i'm cute serveral times(not to sound conceited or into myself, i'm just saying)...so idk do i intimidate girls? i just don't know what it is...i mean don't girls want a gentleman?? it just seems like they always go for the bad a** guy, i loove to make girls laugh but it just always seems like i'm left in the dust..idk i dont' get it..

you want girls or a girl? you sound confusing. Nobody wants a pimp. I'm not a lady, I'm a guy. and ladies won't help you out. Also a women likes someone that likes them, not someone that thinks they are a gentlemen or good looking, even if you are. Think about this: Do you care if a woman is a lady, or do you prefer a woman that likes that you are a gentlemen?

Women do appreciate a gentleman and a nice guy, I for one LOVE nice guys. When girls are in their 20's to 30's they want the bad boy the one that treats them like crap, once they've been treated like crap they appreciate the nice guy and gentleman.
What it sounds like to me your trying for women that are in their 20's and not getting a bite because they want the bad guy. Try looking for women your age or older who will appreciate someone like you. Cause you are not going to find it with the 20 year olds.
And stop looking in bars, no one is looking for a relationship in a bar, they are looking to hookup only. Try online dating or join a singles group, get involved with your community and see who you might meet.
Good luck. Nice guys are few and far between. I should know I had one and then lost him thru no fault of my own, but I still appreciate how great he was and still is.

Women like the bad boy image, but likes to be treated like a lady too. Don't give up and don't change who you are. I finally quit going for the bad boys that really are around 33 yrs old and finally matured enough to see that a gentleman is a much better way to go.

To be honest, girls don't know what they want. I am not sure how old you are, but what I can assure you...is that eventually all girls will figure out that the bad guys that you are referring to, have nothing to offer. I know this because I too was one of them. I am now with one of the sweetest guys I know, and had I met him five or six years ago...heck, even two years ago...I would not have been interested in him.
If I can give you one piece of advice though, have confidence in yourself. A lot of people think that they are confident, but once they get in a public environment, their insecurities come out, and believe it or not, people can see them. This works both ways too...for girls and guys, no one wants to be with someone that appears timid. Even if you have to fake it, walk with your head up. Make eye contact with people (and if this frightens you, just look right above their nose, they really won't know the difference). And smile, a smile speaks a thousand words! If you truly like yourself, it will show. One motto I live by: I like myself, so why wouldn't any one else?

Yeah we like a gentleman but most girls go for the nice but rough guys you should still be nice but not to nice cos one day a girl will see that stop acting like a friend and act like a noral guy flirt ask them out

Maybe you are trying to hard. You do all these gentleman things and they think you are too good to be true. We like guys to do things for us, but we also like bad boys. It's a turn on. Keep treating girls nice...but don't laydown your jacket if there is a puddle of mud. There should be a limit, we don't like to feel helpless. Good Luck!

yeah girls want a gentlemen but girls also love a challenge they dont want to just know already the guys likes her and will do anything for her she want it to be a challenge she wants to have to struggle to get that attention it is like a game of cat and mouse then after she catches the mouse then thats when you show her your good side women love a gentleman but it is better for them to have a challenge have to work to get you and once they have you thats when you lay on your charm

intimidation.... no, I'm a pro at that. Girls are mostly simply attracted to guys that are mysteriouse, trouble, and as sick as it sounds they are also attracted to guys who are mean. They want a gentlemen but are attracted to the bad boyz. Dont change yourself, you seem like a perfect all american guy. Eventually you'll find your match, trust me!
