First of all let me say that maybe being a virgin you have ultra lofty ideas of what sex is but take my word for it .. doesn't take an hour to get into deep trouble, heck it don't take even 30 mins.
Now onto the trust issue, more than likely it's not you she doesn't trust, its your hormones and HIS. The 3 of you need to sit down and talk, will his parents be around, does your mom know his parents. Why do you need to go to his home where you will be alone? If you can't answer those questions satisfactorily to your mom then find a public place or your home.

it's not you that she does not trust it's him, even though you have been with him for about 7mth boys will always be boys and they will think with the penis so you never know when you guys are alone he might or do something that will make you break your virginity for example he can say " we are going to get married so what the different b/w now and later when we get older" ...
So the best way to have your mother trust him is to always have him come over to your place and kick-it with passing time she'll be able to trust both of you.

If you listen to your Mom you will gain her trust. She knows what is on a boy's mind, and it only takes about 5 minutes for him to do what he wants to do. Even though your boyfriend's head knows that you want to stay a virgin, he is thinking with another body part.
Your Mom is CORRECT.

I would trust you,but not your hormones hon.You may not be "planning" to do anything but thats not PROOF that nothing will happen when those hormones get to raging. When the hormones get to raging we have a tendancy to do stupid things at your age.The best way to get her to trust you is to wait until your 18 and can work to support yourself financially and you have your own place, even then she will worry.

What could you be doing that you wouldn't want your Mom to be around for, if you're not going to do anything.

it may not be a matter of trust. it could be that it's something they just don't agree with. some rules are not up for bargaining. this is probably one of them.
