Ceramic braces are made for both upper and lower teeth. Most people only get clear on top and metal on the bottom, since you don't see much of the lowers when you talk or smile. Our office charges $350 per arch more for the clear braces. So if you want upper and lowers it's $700 more. Adults and teens can get clear braces if they choose. However, most teens get the metal braces. There is nothing wrong with getting all metal braces, I have 'em.

First of all, the answer to your question is yes, teens can get them. Clear braces are called Invisalign. Whether you can get them or not, all depends on how severe your case is. Invisalign is not for severe cases.

they only make ceramic braces for ur top teeth. u still get metal on the bottoms. its the same for teens/adults. and even then, you might not have the option to get them, it depends on the condition of ur teeth. and metal braces look good so i dunno wut ur talkin about.

well at my ortho they only make ceramic on the top so. i guess it depends
