maybe 25 lbs on the scale but certainly not 25 lbs of fat. losing that much weight that rapidly will result in a greater amount of muscle loss then if the weigh is lost slowly

Depends on how fat you are. If you weigh 110 pounds 25 pounds is 22% of your body weight. So probably not

If you weigh 300 pounds 25 pounds is only 8% of your body weight. so it's a little more likely that it's possible.

Probably not the healthiest thing to do to your body, once in high school i lost 70 pounds in 2 months (for wrestling) so it's possible.

yes, but you need to be 30 to 40 pounds over your recommended weight for height. The last 5 to 10 lb is hard to do in and can take 2-to-3 weeks. Go to a 800 cal a day diet, no meat but fish. Work out hard for1 hr a day. Nothing to it but willpower.

I've done it a few times. Of course I weigh around 300 lbs so when I go on a diet it isn't big percentage of my body weight if I drop 25 lbs in a month. If you weigh 175 or less, 25lbs is too big of a percentage to drop in a healthy way.

I think most experts wouldn't recommend that type of weight loss. They recommend 2 pounds/week max (8-10/month).

But, if you really want to, go to South America for a few weeks and drink a lot of tap water. It worked for me but it wasn't fun.

Of course it is possible. If you do it right then it can also be healthy, especially if you start off with alot to lose.
