Yes there are a lot of things to do. You can go to a GNC or other health store and get a detox kit. Drink lots and lots of green black or white tea. Tea is 100x's better to drink instead of water because it is packed with anti oxidants water just goes right though you and you end up pissing out water. Exercise and sweat as much as possible but if you have like 60-80 dollars and by a detox kit you will be safe without drinking or exercising.

if pot u need to drink vinegar--it might seem like it's killing you --if alcohol--don't drink anymore and u will be fine--all other drugs should be out of system in 3 days. Exercise all u can as this will excrete a lot of the substances through ur glands.

Go to a head shop and get Zi-dot it's a drink gives you a 4 hour window for peeing clean..good luck..
