Fish is always good. You can use most any fish with this recipe. Good luck. Happy Mothers day Mom!!!

Lime Broiled Catfish

1 tablespoon margarine
2 tablespoons lime juice
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
2 catfish fillets (6 ounces each)

Melt margarine in a saucepan. Stir in lime juice, pepper and garlic
powder; mix well. Remove from heat and set aside. Place fillets in a
shallow baking dish. Brush each generously with lime sauce. Broil
for 5-8 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Remove to a
warm serving dish; spoon pan juices over each fillet. Yield: 2
servings.
