He never tells me he loves me any other time, not after making love, or anything! Makes me think he just wants a (buddy) friend. I have been living with him for over 3 years and I feel I'm wasting my time with him. What do you all think????

He probably believes that you want to hear him say "I Love you," and will use that to manipulate you into doing/saying what he wants.

To be brutally honest, he sounds like a dud. A little child who only likes someone when they give him what he wants. People need love all the time, not just when they want justification for their wrong actions. If I were you I'd get out, as soon as possible.

I think you want passion! I also think that a real man's life at the end can be qualified as good if he had passion. If it ain't there after 3 years, you will have to find it elsewhere.

Darlin, I would say that to me he sounds like a selfish fool. If you are as loving as it sounds you deserve a b/f that is just as loving as you are ! Baby life is too precious to be spent doubting someones love.

Sounds like he has a lot of pyschological problems and needs to grow up! Find someone already grown up!

You're wasting your time, go get someone who will treat you the way you deserve.

It's hard to say i love you after you have been a vindicitve, henious, vicious *****. He's letting you know the traits he likes about you, maybe your support, when he's unsure? Probably unconciously does it too.

I think you have to tell him how you feel and why it is so hard for him to say the words because it shouldnt be.
