God is not a genie. He doesn’t grant wishes for the sake of granting wishes. He gives us a lot, and often things that we didn’t even request. Sometimes we don’t realize what he actually gave us until many years later and we can see how things unfolded. He encourages us to come to Him about everything, but we must always remember His will is not necessarily our will.

God answers prayer based on a few conditions: 1)Your heart must be honest and true towards Him. In other words, you must be sincere. He can see right through facades, and being fake anyway, so be sure that you're not. 2) It helps a great deal if you have put your faith in His Son, Jesus. I won't go so far as to say that He doesn't answer the prayers of unbelievers. But I WILL say, that He has a definite formula on how to GUARANTEE that your prayers are answered. If you want a guarantee, here it is:
1) Put your faith in His Son Jesus Christ, by saying out of your mouth, and truly believing in your heart that Jesus is the Son of God, that He died as the payment for your sins, and that God raised Him from the dead. - In doing just that - you are now a beliver, and become one of God's kids.
2) Ask the Father God for what you need and desire - direct it toward the Father, and then ask Him "In the Name of Jesus" - this gives you absolute assurance that He hears you.
3) To get a prayer answered totally - you need to ask according to His will. His Word, the Holy Bible is His will. If you ask according to that - your prayer will be answered, no doubt about it. For example - if you need money - you find the scripture verse that says: Phil 4:19 - And my God shall supply all of your need according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus. Or if you need peace you use the verse that says in John 14:27 - Jesus said "Peace I leave with you. My peace I give you. Not as the world gives, do I give to you. Let not your heart be troubled. Neither let it be afraid." - If you go this route - God will always hear, and answer. Hope this wasn't over your head!!

God gives according to his plan. If what you ask for is in compliance with what he wants for you or someone else, then yes. Sometimes he will give you something that is not good for you in order to teach you to ask properly. The general rule is be careful what you ask for because you just might get it and what you get may not really be what you need or want to have.

No, not true at all. A non-existent being cannot give you anything.

People who say they've prayed and have been given what they asked for are giving credit to a god for that which they accomplished on their own. It's a coincidence, that's all.

MILLIONS of people have asked god for things and never heard anything... then said that god didn't give it to them because it wasn't their time or satan intercepted the message or one of another thousand reasons.

The simplest reason is often the right one: There is no god to whom to give credit.

Yes if it is his will. Sometimes we ask for things that is not in God's plan so I usually pray that God's will be done in my life or the person's life.

If you love him and trust him, he will bless you with what you ask for. Of course you can't just wish for a million dollars and expect it to appear, but he always has your best interests at heart and he will always do what is the absolute best for you. I promise.

Not necessarily. First you have to be part of the family of God, and you also have to be in His will. But I can testify, that in His timing, He has provided what you have described and much much more!

If you are praying for someone to recover from an illness, if it is God's will that person will recover...If You are praying to win the Lottery, well that is very selfish...prayers aren't for that....God knows what you need...
and what you don't need...
