Talk to any band member, the guy working the projector, the pastors or just speak to members of the congregation. Not sure I fit the definition of pious and you will find people who are not that spiritually connected - but if you cannot find what you say you are looking for, you haven't really tried.
P.S. I suspect you can find a church in the NY area that fits the bill as well.
