I work at a major University as a Senior Business Assistant in a Training section of a department. I have several times a year (3 - 5 X/yr) where I am EXTREMELY busy and totally stressed out for about two weeks at a time. Then the rest of the year I'm either stead (barely) or have very little work to do.

I am retired Army and U.S. Postal Service, but worked in the banking industry until I fully retired. Now, I write novels and short stories, edit manuscripts belonging to Internet friends, and play and teach guitar.
I stay busy in my Church callings and assignments, which take up much of my time.
I wouldn't have it any other way.

Actually, the only time I'm ever on here is at work during slow times. For a living, I dispatch ambulances and medevac helicopters. Sometimes it's busy, sometimes, like today, not so much. So I entertain myself here.

LOL...my thoughts exactly...I am so tired of this site...but, we are extremely slow at work right now. I have completed every possible project and surfed the internet til I am blue in the face. This site gives me some amusement....but, am really tired of it.
Anyway, I work in imports...and the late summer/early fall is our busy season...so, I am actually looking forward to being more productive at work.
