I would suggest that you do charity. Studies have proven that people who do charity work will feel better about themselves. They will also feel good knowing that they are helping other people. I started to help special needs kids and it helped me in so many ways. No matter what these kids went through. They continue to stay strong. They have their good days and bad days like any other human being, but in they end they have strength greater than any adult I've met. Some of these kids have been molested, raped, and emotionally and physically abused, but they continue to live life. The one thing I've also learned from this experience is that when you think that you have it bad. Someone has it worse. Here in America we have a lot of resources to help us with almost any situation. Do research on the internet and find a group of people that experienced the same thing as you and talk. They might be able to tell you the positive things that they did to help them deal with depression. You can also help senior citizens, people with diseases, or people with disabilities. You will see the difference in how you live and see life. Angelina Jolie is a good example. Before doing all of this charity work you could see that she was a lost soul. Look at her now. If someone told you that she would become the person that she is. Would you believe it? Doing charity is the best solution.

First of all, it's important to remember that what you're feeling is only temporary. Sometimes, life just sucks, but it will get better if you have patience. Getting extra exercise helps with depression because it creates endorphins, the "happy chemicals". It sounds like you also should talk to a counselor or therapist about what you're feeling, they can help you get some perspective on your situation.

Don't lose hope - I've been really depressed before and have also thought of suicide, but with hope and patience it does get better.

This reminds me of what people say when trying to describe brain fog, mild dissociation or depersonalization problems. If that sounds right, try googling those terms. Low blood sugar makes me feel that kind of weird, especially in stark super bright environments. From iVillage: "Brain fog can feel like you've been drugged -- similar to being stoned, confused and disoriented without the accompanying pleasurable "high." It can be triggered for many reasons, including decreased estrogen production during menopause, low blood sugar, food allergies, stress, poor nutrition and lack of exercise. Other conditions, including Alzheimer's disease, depression, fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue or an underactive thyroid could also be contributing to your brain fog and mental confusion."

stop focusing on yourself all the time. helping others through things like volunteer work will get your mind off yourself. and if you can bring yourself to talk to a therapist about the tragic event, then they can help you deal with it better and feel better about life in general.

aw its ok im sure we have all been there before, but dont worry there is someone out there willing to talk to you and Gd gives us the strenght to continue. Why dot you read the Psalms book, it is very encouraging and always remember that God loves you, also try to go out and distract yourself if everything else fails.

Go see your doctor, they have medications for that. There is no need to feel that way for very long, they can help.
