You will need to become a memeber (free) of a peer network.
I use soulseek.com, very easy to signup and a good tutorial for new users.google it I think it is www.slsk.net, do not pay for it if they ask for $ its not the right one.

It is illegal to download it for free. You can listen to music for free at Launch or webratsmusic.
