We just use the regular Grandma & Grandpa. Though it comes out of my daughter's mouth as 'Mama' and 'Papa'. It's easy to differentiate cuz she calls Grandma 'Mama' and she calls me 'Mommy'.

My husband's heritage is Basque, so we use the Basque words for grandma and grandpa for his parents--Amama and Aitia (pronounces I-tee-ta). My parents are Grandma and Pa.

We use Grandma for my mom and Meme for my husbands mom. My dad was pawpaw and my husbands dad is Bob Bob - his name is Bobby.
My grandmother is called Nanny and My husbands grandmother is Nana.
I have a friend whose grandkids call her Babe. And a cousin whose kids call he BB.
Also, what you want and what your kids say my be different and what they say will usually stick.
We wanted to call my mom Gramm - but she is Grandma
And I wanted my MIL to be called something different because her nephew calls her Memaw, but my son started Meme and that is what we call her now. He also calls her Meems and Grannybird sometimes.
