republicans only support the troops when they can put their lives on the line so that their cronies can pillage the US treasury. Once they are disabled, they toss them to the curb. That is why half of the country's homeless are vets.

The best support we could give our troops is to never, ever again try to fight a war in a politically correct way. When we do, we lose.
Just one of our men or women is worth more than all of their soldiers and citizens combined.
Ultimately such a "warlike" approach to war would result in fewer deaths. Gosh, countries and groups would have to think really hard before starting a war with us.
If we are truly justified in going to war we should do it to win quickly and with as few casualties ON OUR SIDE as possible and frankly without concern for the damage - physical or collateral - on the other side.
If the cause for a "war" does not justify actually going to war then we are not really justifed in going to war at all.
Bottomline as it should be: Commit an act of war against the United States and you will be destroyed.

Over 100 troops died in the month of april, so what does Bush do? Sends more troops and vetoes the iraq bill to get them out of that shiite hole in iraq. Just great neo-scum.

Republicans support the troops more than the Democrats.. Atleast the Republicans fight to give the military pay raises, and more funding for training and equipment. Democrats always want to put a stop to all that stuff......
