A cardio workout will give you best results but you should also do some weights cause building muscles will help you lose the fat and keep lean. Doing a cardio workout will keep you in shape inside and out, but if you do weights at least 3 times a week for 30 minutes, your muscles stay in shape and the fat is a lot less. You won't grow extremely big in muscle either, if you don't wanna be that muscly that is.

i got here across the instruction manual to be very informative and common to examine. i've got lost 17 pounds in 12 days, i'm merely in contact that i'm dropping too much weight, too in a well timed trend. i will confess I even have not accompanied the representative precisely. i'm now no longer sticking completely to the listed foodstuff and meal plans (whether on the completed) and doing little or no interest, whether the load maintains flying off. It for sure works and if i could accompanied it precisely i assume it might scare the residing daylights out of me taking into consideration the quantity that i could lose. So thank you as quickly as extra for the certainty. i've got under no circumstances offered some ingredient like this in the previous than thinking they're oftentimes crammed with trash, whether 3WD has been a good ask your self. Reducing calories (have about 1200 a day) limiting carbs and sugar, cardio combined with weight training at least 5 times a week for an hour each time, don't eat 3 hours before bed, this forces your body to burn fat instead of calories.

weight training builds muscle which (if not doing any cardio) will make those areas look even bigger since there is gona be more muscle underneath the layer of fat.
cardio 4-6 times a week for 30-50min is what burns fat (and muscle) so combine it with light weight training in order to not lose muscle which you need to burn more calories.

Intense cardio worked for me, like 1 hr of 180 Beats per minute 3 times a weak, it can be risky if you don't have a healthy heart though ( which isn't always known). More muscle will up you metabolism, which should help you in the long run, in addition, hard freeweight workouts should burn a lot of calories.

Cardio helps burn a lot of calories, and works your muscles. However, muscle (although it weighs more than fat), helps your body to burn fat....so weights will help build your muscle and burn fat.
All depends on what your goals are. If you are strictly trying to loose pounds...cardio will do it. But if you want to loose inches and fat, for a toned body, a combination is ideal.

Cardio (or aerobic exercise) is essential for losing weight. You need to get your heart pumping and your blood moving in order to get your body's fat burning engine in gear. Besides, weight lifting is going to add muscle which is heavier than fat.
Ideally you would combine daily aerobic exercise with diet changes to achieve optimum results.

it kinda depends on how much over wieght you are...wieghts are to tone muscle and cardio is to get rid of the fat...so if you have 2 months you might want to consider doing a lil bit of both...I do from about 40 min to an hour of cardio and I can actually see results..oh by the way if you have access to an eliptical machine try it..its the best for cardio
