No. He attends and teaches at a church in Orlando, Florida.
He did grow up in Pennsylvania. Ligoiner is the place where he got his start, I think.

No, he isn't but he is a graduate of Westminster College, Pittsburgh Theological Seminary.
The cover on Now, That's a Good Question! (1996) says Dr. Sproul is currently professor of systematic theology at Reformed Theological Seminary in Orlando and is director emeritus of Prison Fellowship, Inc.
I enjoy listening to his program Renewing Your Mind which I listen to on my Christian radion station but you could also listen to it on the internet.
