My husband is the only one who bbqs in our house. I don't really know how, unless it's already turned on for me.
But to be honest...he is not a bbq master. lol. He overcooks everything.

Me - medium. My husband - well done.

I hate to break it to you. But it's Mom & Daughter who are masters at BBQ. My dad puts the meat on the grill but it's the time and sauce that counts. My mother makes an awesome sauce. While I turn the meat and add everything thing else. All the Boys in our family do is play the systems and watch football.
