not at all, 1 large whole egg only has 7 grams of fat. I would use bread that is sprouted vs whole wheat for the toast

No not specifically, Eggs are fairly healthy at 80 or 90 calories. You can be all over the board with breads, try to find one without High fructose corn syrup that has a few less calories. Some people say remove the yoke, and though that does remove fat, it is the most nutricious part of the egg. Just take things in moderation, and if that's all your having for breakfast, it's probably not to much unless your 3' 6"

Its one of my favourite meals-breakfast. Very healthy. Each egg is about 80 cals and a small toast the same which is 240calories in total. Not fattening at all.

No but its not as nice as 3 rashers of danish bacon, a cumberland curl, portobella mushrooms, black pudding , 3 free range XL eggs, beans, tomatoes, hash browns and fried bread, a pint pot of tetley tea with six digestive biscuits, dipped but not for more than 4.289764 seconds otherwise youll be fishing it out of your pot with as spoon.
