eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

I weight train and do 1 hr cardio Mon - Friday. I eat healthy (no dieting, just good for you food). Drink lots of water and ALWAYS take Saturday off to do, and eat WHATEVER I want. It keeps me on track the rest of the week!

I go on the treadmill at least 3 days out of the week. I take protein and vitamin supplements. I try to eat meals and not junk food.

I eat a low fat/high fiber diet. I don't snack. I don't drive so I'm an avid walker. If given the choice I take stairs over elevators and escalators and have a very healthy sex life.

dancing is a fun way to keep fit and so is cardio! aerobis is fun, try yoga or pilates if you like group stretching. Also a good way to make friends.

take the stairs or pace around the elevator (if it's empty). do jumping jacks when no one's looking. Try getting excited and jumping around and dancing about little things. team sports provide the best motivation imho. soccer, rugby.

eat right in the morning and evening,alittle bit of fat is good,run up and down the stairs twisting my body,lift weights every night,Sex can be a good excersize as well.Alot of sweating when working out try a sauna suit those are great,you ant sweating you ant working out good!

I try to eat right, most of the time. I do a lot of walk, I lift weights, and I ride my stationary bike.

Go to the gym, drink lots of water, and eat healthy (no fast food, and no sweets =/ )
