If you do it once and a while, it's not going to kill you, but if you do it like I was, you'll end up with a bleeding ulcer and other organ problems. I was taking at least 2 every day, for headaches, as well as the caffeine boost, for months. Eventually, the Excedrin's ate a hole in my stomach lining and I was throwing up blood, and it was coming out the other end too. I can take one now and again, but I really have to stay away from them. The manufacturers of these pain relievers don't tell you that in excess, you will really mess yourself up. Good luck.

Excedrin contains Tylenol, Aspirin and caffeine. The amount of caffiene in one Excedrin is equal to about what you would find in about 4 ounces of coffee. One Excedrin containing 65mg of caffeine, likely will not help you with energy!! It's prob a psychological thing. Tylenol and Aspirin should not be taken casually! I recommend eating 4 almonds, which will give you as much energy as an 8oz cup of coffee, or 2 Excedrin!

Well as long as you don't overuse it you should be fine. Aspirin is actually good for you to a certain extent. It helps thin the blood ... I just read Excedrin has acetaminophen, in it and if you take that in excess it can cause liver damage. Drink coffee instead.
