check for broken vacume hoses the most common one runs from vacume tree [beside throttle body] to a switching valve located on the radiator core support on first start the engine uses a richer air/fuel mixture and the leak is not noticed, after the engine warms up the mixture is much leaner and with the leak the mixture becomes too lean to burn resulting in a misfire

Are there any dash warning lights on? Have it scanned there may be a stored code in the computer. Check the plugs and especially the wires for possible arching when the heat up. Check the fuel pump and fuel pump relay and fuel filter. Check the MAF sensor. I know it's alot but that is what I suggest.
