Run to the window quickly and look out like you saw something appalling. Play it up, everyone else will follow and while they are trying to figure out the big deal - make your move right out the door.

Question unclear, there are 2 possable questions. Answers are numbered accordingly:
If it's "Number 1":
If you have a beverage with you, spill it on yourself. It will mask the other "Spill". But Hurry, you have a limited amount of time before the Odor issue catches up with you. If you don't have a problem, Cover and move fast. If you have layered clothing take one layer off to use as a Drape.
If it's "Number 2":
It's to late, everybody knows. I'm sorry. It's happens to a lot of people. Move quickly, and with dignity.
