You know, just as much as the rest of us, that He is a coping mechanism run amuck. You don't believe in Him, and that is fine. It is a sign of maturity. He will be glad to finally go to that retirement home in the sky. He has been eying that condo between the Easter Bunny and Santa Clause for ages anyway.

God does care and He does have the power. He is also willing to help. But a lot of times when we pray, sometimes we are not really praying, but just doing lip service. And then sometimes the answer is "No" or "This is not the right time" But at those times we need to be asking for the ability to cope and the strength to stand strong in the face of adversity. And you are not alone in this either. If you want Biblical reassurances that God is still on His throne watching over you and protecting you, read Job. Satan came to God wanting to test Job's faith. God told him fine, only don't kill him. So Satan took the life of all his children, took his livelihood, and laft him ill with leprosy. All of Job's friends, and even his wife told him to curse God for doing this to him. But Job's faith was strong and God returned to him all that had been taken. Instead of complaining, be honest with God and tell him how you feel. I promise you that He can handle it. And then, start praising Him for the changes coming. God may change your circumstances, or He may change you to be better able to deal with things. But either way the answer will be the right one. Stay strong and keep your faith. Help will come.

It's not foolish to trust in God. Let me let you in on a little secret, God never promised us a life without pain and sorrow once we became Christians. So you think he doesn't listen to you when you pray but He listens to every word that comes out of your mouth and he loves you as long as you keep your belief in him and stop questioning him.

i think of those are innovations that flow by way of an excellent variety of minds at one degree or yet another. i think of the message of Christianity is hassle-free, love your neighbour and help those in pick. i've got self assurance the huge Bang is possible and so is evolution. Jesus used parables many situations to make a factor. It wasn't some thing he invented. it is been executed for millennia. Is the old testomony a parable or is it literal? technological awareness says that the international took extra beneficial than 6 days to create so Genesis ought to be a parable. Is it an straight forward way of explaining the huge Bang and evolution. Have a examine replace the be conscious "day" with "age" or "era". technological awareness and faith are no longer contradictory. you might have self assurance in the two. All technological awareness does is tutor us how amazing the universe quite is. there are different people who do incorrect. Who in straight forward terms flow to church on Sunday and forget Christianity the remainder of the week. There are extra that do comprehend what Christianity is approximately and stay it daily. What faith means to you is what counts. do no longer enable people who abuse it impact your determination. examine the words of Jesus and enable that impact your determination. i comprehend 15 years sounds like a protracted time to you yet you're in basic terms being on the line of adulthood. there's a protracted thank you to flow yet. Your perspectives of the international are going to alter alongside the way. Jesus taught us that God is approximately forgiveness and awareness so in no way be petrified of God. enable your experience of right and incorrect be your handbook and enable me want you each and each fulfillment alongside the line of life. :-)

NO, it's not foolish to trust God. What's foolish is to post a question like this so that the enemy can really make a pitch for your soul..Ask God to fill you to overflowing with the Holy Ghost. You'll begin to see him do miraculous things in your life...He has helped me over and over...I'd be dead if it weren't for him...Pull yourself up by the boot straps and stop doubting God. You'll see him move on your behalf. He is a good God and Loves you..not some mean cop in the sky..All believer's go through rough times but "Quit" shouldn't even be in a believer's vocabulary..Blessings to you in your walk with him.

Let me give you an experiment to try.
There are 3 steps that the Bible gives for prayer. The first is to ask. (Duh...) The second is to believe. The third is to claim the promise that God gives.
When you pray, you have to pray in accordance with God's word. If you are in financial need, for example, read the promise of God from Phillipians 4:14-19.
In a nutshell, it says that if you give unselfishly to God's work, then God will meet all your needs accordingly to His riches. (Notice that it says ACCORDING to His riches... not just out of His riches...)
So you claim that promise.
Anyway, go through the book of Psalms. There are hundreds of promises in Psalms. Find one that matches your needs. Claim it. See what happens.
The most important thing, though, is don't pray selfishly. Those prayers probably won't get answered.
But God does keep His promises.

To the world it is foolishness, but to the Christian it is commanded.
Without faith, it is impossible to please God, for those who seek God must believe God Is and is a rewarder to those who diligently seek Him. Hebrews 11:6.
When I trust & obey God, I am happy. If I doubt God, I am suddenly miserable.
You feel miserable because you are doubting God. Repent of this first, then thank God for being Who He says He Is. That He loves you and will never leave or forsake you. Read http://www.fathersloveletter.com . God loves you but to be happy in Jesus, is to trust & obey.

He most certainly does care for you and always answers your prayers. Sometimes his answer is just "no." Sometimes his answer is "wait." And other times we refuse to hear his answer because it is not the one we want. We are promised that when we pray in God's will that we will receive the desires of our heart. "In his will" is the key. Keep praying.

Go to several Pentecostal and Apostolic churches in your area (they tend to have the most gifts of the Spirit).
Ask if there is some one there who can give you a prophecy (or where you can go to get one.)
Each church is different and so you may have to go to a number of churches before you find one with a person who can give you a message from God.

God loves you but what kind of parent would you be if you let your children skate through life with everything they every wnated. Plus you cant please everyone. Sometimes the best thing got can do is not answer our prayers and it's not until later down the road. Keep your chin up there is a reason eventually for everything we go through
