If you are giving her spending money for free, change to an allowance where she has to work for the money. If you don't give her money, then stop doing stuff for her (like her laundry) so that she has to do it herself.
And every time she is aggressive, ground her from something (TV, computer, cell phone, etc).

You have spoiled her. Tell her that she has to prepare for college. She has to know how to do laundry, how to cook simple meals and how to clean up after herself. Praise her when she helps. Ignore her when she doesn't. Remove all privileges if necessary. No TV, phone, computer, etc.

first of all make up a to do list and put yours on one side and hers on the others start out with a couple of things on her side and more on yours then as you go along add another to her side every couple of weeks just dont give her more than you think she can handle while going to school....when i was growing up and going to school every day we came home from school my mother was spring cleaning every other day and every day was good cleaning sweep, mop, dust, vaccuum, garbage, clothes, etc, every other day was all that plus, changing bed clothes and washing them and making them back up , washing curtains and hanging them up washing rugs and putting them back down and this was every other day we had the cleanest house in the town you could actually eat off our floors when we got through plus do homework and help mama get supper on the table and clean up the kitchen and feed the dogs and get baths and go to bed we never really had time for anything.....she needs discipline especially at 15 you can give rewards for all she ful fills of her duties and she also needs to keep her grades up think of something she really likes to do and give her points to get to goals of things she likes to do and places she likes to go and so on you will get her to doing things unless you just have no control and she is very rebellious....then you will need to do what they call tough love if she wants to act like a two year old going through the terrible twos then start treating her like a two year old.....good luck teen agers are not easy to raise you have to always be one step ahead of them.....

Bottom line, she needs stuff from you. Wait until she needs a ride somewhere and say no. Don't wash her clothes, etc. She should have been taught when she was little, but don't waste any more time.
