I met this girl in a clothing store at the mall. She works there. I start a conversation with her that lasted for about 6 min. I heasitated when the conversation ended. I wanna ask her out what should I do?

come back to the store more and just talk to her. ask when her shift is over and ask if later she wants to get coffee or something... get to know her over coffee and you can see if shes worth it or not....

Next time, start to walk away, but then turn back around at the last minute (like it is an afterthought) and say in a casual way, "oh, I would like to talk to you again. Do you have e-mail?" While she is writing down her e-mail, say while she is at it, "I might as well get your phone number too." This is low risk, since you are being so casual about it. It is unlikely that you will get turned down, and even if she does, it will not be in a dramatic or embarrassing way since you are acting so calm about it (if you are nervous, then she will be too -- don't expect a favorable reaction from her if you make her nervous).
If that sounds too manipulative, then just ask her casually when you are getting ready to go ("I've go to go now. Why don't I get your e-mail (and telephone number) so that we can talk again later?"). Asking for her e-mail is easier for you, since it is low risk thing to ask for, but you want to work your way up to getting her telephone number. After all, it is easier for her to forget to read her e-mail, than it is for her to forget to answer the phone -- so make sure that you actually get the telephone number before you leave, then then make sure that you call her back later.

first prepare.. so that you dont choke.. and just think about a few topics before you go to talk to her that way you will have something to talk about.. you should probally find something that you know she likes. and if the conversation gets good then ask to take her to lunch or something simple and work your way up from there!

NEVER EVER CHOKE... You may never see this girl again and if the convo went well... you probably could have gotten her number. ALL YOU DO IS SAY THIS, "I know Im going to regret it later if I dont ask you for your phone number" and if she's into you, she'll give it to you! SIMPLE!!!

Go up to her and say "Hey, I talked to you the other day and I really enjoyed our conversation. Would you like to go out?"
Something like that.

find out what days she works and continue going to see and talk to her, eventually when you get more comfortable being around her make your move
