Coffee is a diuretic, so it will get things moving (make ya poo) & suppress your appetite for a little bit but you'll need to make sure to drink a lot of water, too. And in turn, the water will help suppress your appetite, too.

No, I believe it just make you dehydrated. Although its not good for you its not bad for you either. Actually its zero points weight watchers. I think it just gives you energy.
