well first you need to cut the wires going to the power source. start by unscrewing the first and third coupling along the side. remove the outer plate then you will see about two objects looking like alternators on a car be careful not to bang them too hard. remove both of those by unfastening the bolts holding them in place a bolt cutter usually works. disconnect the ignition system but be carefully. with the main computer components exposed just rewire the firing system and vol la! done.
sorry this is for a W-87 warhead only.

first you have to know what type of warhead you working with then find a manual for it and have the proper tools and time along with the experiance to go with it

Search for the big red on/off switch, and switch it off. Other than that, can't really help you because of lack of experience in dealing with such devices.
