I hope you're taking medicine for the urinary tract infection. Sometimes antibiotics can cause you to vomit. Talk to your doctor about this.

You definitely sound constipated and that could be why you think you have pancreas pain. You need to be taking a powdered fiber supplement first thing in the morning and last thing that night. start eating lots of fresh fruit, whole grains, beans and salads.

Drink cranberry juice for the urinary infection, it's not a cure but it will help.

Make sure you're not suffering from gall bladder problems, sometimes stress and / or an unhealthy diet will irritate the gall bladder and cause vomiting, pain just under the diaphragm and constipation. Is there any bile in the vomit or stools?

If it is the gall bladder, avoid fried foods, meats and cheeses. Stick to a diet of grains, fruits, vegetables and tofu (or other soy proteins). Reduce your stress levels. If you still have problems see your Doctor again.

And most of all spend some extra time with your Doctor to be totally sure your pancreas is healthy.

Take this problem seriously. Good luck, hope you get better soon.

Kidney stones hurt ONLY when the stone is moving. It doesn't hurt for hours, and then the pain (like a hot blaze) will strike and you won't be able to get comfortable sitting, standing or lying down. After a time, the pain stops (the stone comes to rest) and you feel fine again. The pain spot will progress (slowly!) from your back, down your side to where it crosses above your hip, to your front-hip until it lands in the bladder. A simple X-ray usually diagnoses this problem.

It is unlikely that your pancreas would cause you specific pain -- or that you would be able to identify it. Also, your pancreas is attached to your intestines (solid waste) and NOT your urinary tract (kidneys, urethera, bladder) -- so the two issues should not be related.

Either constipation or urinary tract infections get relief from drinking more clear liquids (not beer or caffiene). Add water to your diet in general to help both these areas.

First of all, you won't know for sure if it's your pancreas that you're having problem with. Without the proper medical tests you won't know for sure but it could be blockage in your intestines.
