you should let you know and if u cant tell him verbally then you should tell him through a letter or an email. its hard i know but you never really know wat he feels

if u lik him that much let him no then he might lik u 2 but if he don't don't tak it hard it's ok 2 still lik him a little bit but soon move on and i'm not trying 2 sound mean. but this is jus what i think and if he do lik u 2 that will be great :)

Continue being his friend...If he doesn't plan on marrying the other person, then you will get your chance to be his new girl on his arm. Just be patient
