If you have a judgement from a court case that was filed against you then No. The judge has said you owe the money so there is no reason for them to accept less.

Usually not. If a company has gone throuhg the troubles of filing a judgment against you, then they are not going to take anything less than what you owe. Had you tried to negotiate with a collecton agency, they probably would have been willing to settle.

If judge declares judgment, then technically you have to pay the whole amount. But a judgment is a funny thing, and many people don't pay anything against the debt....many, MANY people. Talk to the folks you owe....you may be able to deal with them, but, GET IT IN WRITING.
